Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. At Page by Onkar, each piece is crafted with care. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the case of:
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product
Size exchange (subject to availability)
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or altered garments
Items bought during sale or with discount codes
Accessories and innerwear
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
Our team will verify and arrange for reverse pickup via Shiprocket where serviceable.
If reverse pickup is not available, we may ask you to self-ship the product to our address.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method via CCAvenue within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
